Do you take notice of the condition of your nails?   Take a few moments each day, or at least a few times a week, to monitor the condition of your nails. Our hands are such an integral part of our daily lives, and constantly, we risk their health and strength, often without even noticing, because of the hustle and bustle of  our day-to-day activities. Keep the Nails Dry and Clean – Dry and clear nails will prevents bacteria, fungi or other harmful organisms from growing beneath the nail. The nails should be regularly cleaned and dried after bathing. Avoid using your nails as tools. This means no picking, scratching, digging, pinching, etc. You know who you are!Well-groomed, beautiful nails are an integral part of a woman's appearance. -  


Nails also need moisturizer just like the skin to maintain the smoothness and softness. The nails should be regularly trimmed and filed an order to avoid nail taking improper shape. Increase the amount of calcium in your diet. Unless you have some type of  medical condition that prevents it, your nails are growing.On average, your nails grow about 1/8 of an inch per month. The reason why most people's nails don't seem to grow is because they break before  they see results. Many people bite their nails, rip them off, others tend to shed or peel. They  best way to see results is to start a healthy nail program with your nail technician. Nails are the beautiful extension of the finger the completely enhance the look of the hand and feet. But in order to  maintain the beauty of the hand and feet it is important that one take proper care of the nail as nails are easily prone to damage as well as fungal infections.

If your polish has  become  thick, add a few drops of polish thinner and shake well. Try to avoid using nail polish remover- especially those containing the harsh ingredient acetone. Most nail polish removers dry the nails and nail bed out. Try not to store nail polish in a room that becomes cold. Hand gloves should always be used while working as solvent and cleaners that are frequently used for the household works are not good for the nails. Wearing of gloves while doing work will also help to have clear nails as dust and dirt will be prevented from entering the nail. So these are some tips for you to caring yours nails.
